            被版權投訴了...直接將我方店鋪產品文案搬到獨立站,然后向亞馬遜投訴!求解!大佬們救救孩子吧!

            如題,日本站小賣家一枚,最近有一款產品勢頭比較好,類目排名不斷上升,都準備好大量的貨準備補貨了
            結果今天一早收到亞馬遜郵件,說listing中有3個Asin被投訴版權侵權下架了!下架的還是最好賣的幾個變體,崩潰??!
            趕緊來論壇向各位大佬求助,目前主要的一些情況如下:

            1.已明確確認投訴方是照抄我亞馬遜店鋪上的文案,放到它的獨立站的,一字不拉,還包括我們的品牌名,甚至是【Amazon.jp.co限定】的標也抄了過去。投訴版權侵權的目標只有文字。
            ?
            2.該獨立站是一個Shopify的店鋪,明顯是一個完全沒裝修過的白板店鋪,然后里面有幾件產品都是美國站等其他不同站點抄過來的;試圖找過同樣受害的店鋪,但店鋪信息都沒有留聯系方式。

            3.我目前能提供我這邊文案編輯的源文件,日期在1月份和2月份,但是無法找到該獨立站把抄過去的產品上架的時間。

            4.目前已向亞馬遜提起申訴,主要是從品牌方面去申訴。

            在此基礎上小弟有幾個急切的問題:
            (1)請問有處理這樣情況經驗的大佬,目前什么樣的操作方法是最高效能讓lisiting回來并保持原來的狀態(保留評論等)?
            (2)未來有一些什么樣的提前準備可以規避這樣問題的發生?

            What happens if I do not provide the requested information?
